As we are serving web development service there are some difficulties might become. But we are always here to give solutions to our client’s problems. We try to give the best support within the shortest time but for giving the best support we are following some policies. Here they are-
1. You can ask for the support request anytime but the request will proceed on working days (Except Sunday) from 9.30 to 18.30 ( Bangladesh Standard Time)
2. It’s better to read all terms and conditions and related documents before submitting the support request.
3. Your support request can be denied if your request will not relevant or does not match our support policy.
4. After submitting your request if you will not respond to your ticket within 5 days then your request will automatically be closed.
5. There might be taking some time for giving a response to an exceptional case. For this reason, clients have to keep patience.
